a gem hotel with easy going staff and an excellent restaurant. had surprisingly spacious room with a superb decor, great value for money. an easy walk to the perfect beach. the convenient check-in process too. i could park the car nearby.

The staff were friendly, and the bed was comfortable. Really loved that a heating system, a seating area and ironing facilities were included. Spent a nice evening at Limestone Lounge, located near the venue. Furthermore, free Wi Fi was available here. Welcome base for a 6-night stay.

Plenty of extra supplies: TV and a laptop. If you would like to visit lbj presidential library, consider staying here. Don't forget to explore Franklin Park neighborhood. Location really close to 4801 Freidrich bus stop, only 15 minutes walk away
